Georgian wine regions: Kakheti, Imereti, Racha
Three regions, three characters: Kakheti's power, Imereti's freshness and Racha's legend — short and to the point.
Kakheti: power
Up to 70% of Georgian wine is made here. Saperavi, Rkatsiteli, Kisi; long skin contact in qvevri, dense reds and deep ambers. Kakheti wine is the entry point to Georgia.
Imereti: freshness
Lighter body, brighter acidity, gentler maceration. Tsolikouri, Tsitska, Krakhuna. This is where Georgia's best pét-nats and most drinkable ambers come from.
Racha: legend
A tiny mountain region where Aleksandrouli and Mujuretuli become Khvanchkara — naturally semi-sweet, with no added sugar whatsoever.
All three in one evening
Come to LEVEL: the list always carries wines from all three regions by small private winemakers. Start with an Imeretian white, continue with a Kakhetian amber and finish with a Rachan red — a small journey across wine Georgia without leaving Batumi.
