Master Class: Signature Chacha Cocktails — Learn to Mix from August 1 at LEVEL

Where to find the best cocktail bar in Batumi for new discoveries

If you are looking for a cool cocktail bar in Batumi where classics meet Georgian flair, LEVEL wine bar regularly treats guests to special events. We prove that craft mixology pairs wonderfully with local character, and traditional drinks can take on a completely new sound.

What we are mixing: secrets of working with chacha

Chacha is not only a strong distillate, but also a great base for mixology. At our master classes, we break down the principles of working with this drink and teach you how to make signature cocktails in Batumi that you can easily recreate at home.

Evening programs feature work with local herbs, fruits, and our hits. We show how the famous Tarragon Chacha Smash is born, as well as our signature Sakartvelo Sour. Seating for such events is limited, so it is best to book in advance — check out our events section to find out details and reserve your spot.

More than just a tasting at LEVEL

LEVEL is a place that loves experiments. In addition to strong mixes, we always curate an excellent wine list featuring natural ambers and pet-nats, while the bar menu is complemented by creative cuisine with local accents. Want to try the perfect Negroni, a refreshing Amber Spritz, or evaluate our cocktails? Drop by our main hall or head down to the sea.

LEVEL Beach: cocktails and sunsets on the New Boulevard

Want to continue the evening by the sea? Our second location — LEVEL Beach on the New Boulevard (by the beach football pitch) — is open year-round daily from 10:00 to 04:00. Here, everything you love about the main bar is complemented by hookahs, live bands, DJ sets, and the sound of the surf. It is the ideal location to catch the sunset with a glass in hand.
