Racha is a small mountain region with a big legend: this is where Khvanchkara is made — a naturally semi-sweet wine from Aleksandrouli and Mujuretuli. Grapes ripen slowly and the sweetness stays naturally — nothing added.
At LEVEL we pour both classic Khvanchkara and rare dry Aleksandrouli from growers farming less than a hectare of vines.
